All services are offered in-person in the Bellaire neighborhood of Houston, TX or virtually in the following states: Texas, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, Indiana, and Maryland

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a space for you to address mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and nurture self-awareness through one-on-one sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mentalization-Based Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and self-compassion techniques to help you build emotional regulation skills, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful change. Therapy isn’t just about symptom relief — it’s about reconnecting with yourself and finding clarity, confidence, and direction.

Family Therapy

I offer two forms of family support, depending on your needs.

First, I work individually with family members who have a loved one currently struggling with mental health or substance use. These challenges can deeply affect everyone in the family system, often leaving you feeling helpless, confused, or emotionally overwhelmed. Individual therapy offers a space to process these complex emotions, explore healthy boundaries, and better understand how to care for yourself while supporting your loved one.

Second, I offer family therapy sessions involving multiple family members — such as parents, children, or siblings — who are ready to engage in healing as a unit. In family therapy, we’ll work together to define goals for your family system, which may include improving communication, navigating conflict, exploring patterns from your family of origin, and building stronger emotional connections. I use approaches grounded in mentalization-based therapy and systems-based therapy to support meaningful, lasting change.

Substance Use Counseling & Assessment

Substance use counseling is designed to help you better understand your relationship with alcohol, drugs, or other addictive behaviors — without shame or judgment. Whether you're exploring moderation, sobriety, or simply trying to gain clarity, we’ll work together to identify a recovery path that aligns with your values and life goals. I use evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Enhancement Therapy and psychoeducation to support informed decision-making and sustainable change. If you're unsure where to start, I also offer comprehensive substance use assessments — more details can be found on the FAQ page.
