About Us

Mary Duran, LCSW, LCDC

Borderline personality disorder (BPD) and complex mental health are my primary focuses. I have worked with BPD for over 10 years and consider it my specialty. I completed intensive training in BPD at The Menninger Clinic, which is nationally recognized for its work with personality disorders, and J. Flowers Health Institution, recognized for their ability to support those with complex mental health.

My style is authentic and direct. I am a therapist with tattoos. I show up as a real person in the room. I give more feedback and coaching than average. We build a relationship rather than you talking while I silently write notes.

I am especially passionate about attachment work. I believe stability is built inside a consistent, honest relationship where we can work through conflict and repair together.

Outside of therapy, I have practiced yoga for over 10 years to slow down my own fast-moving, perfectionistic brain. I love cycling and live in Houston with my spouse and our two small dogs, a dachshund and a chihuahua mix.

About Me

Gabriela Treviño, LCSW

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and trauma are central to my work as a therapist. Before joining this practice, I worked exclusively in trauma therapy. I have spent over nine years in teen mental health and trauma-focused treatment.

My style is relational and direct. We will build a real relationship. Clients value that I am honest and that I have been on my own therapy journey. I believe healing happens when you feel connected and challenged at the same time.

With teens, I position myself as an advocate and teammate, not another parent. With adults, I focus on attachment, emotional regulation, and building stability in relationships.

I am Houston born and raised, and currently live here with my partner and our three dogs. Outside of therapy, I enjoy getting lost in a good book, gardening, and spending time with family.
